Mercure Bergamo is a Banyan Tree compared with this one.

Sorry but I can’t be agree at all with you about “some demand much more, others just enjoy what they have”

my life doesn’t change if I sleep in this hotel. I have slept in many hotels worst than this one in my life. And also my weekend is not ruined or anything like that.

That’s not the point. There are expectations, things that needs to be respected, respect for the customers and imagine of a brand.

We are here in a forum speaking about travel, hotels and hotel chains.

I don’t like to send a message that “this mercure deserve 1 star or to be removed from this brand but is not a problem because I enjoy what I have”.

Of course I enjoy what I have ...but this is also the right place to say “for me this hotel is a shame for Mercure and Accor”

it’s my opinion. Everyone can be ageee or disagree, but it’s not something concerning to enjoy what we have
