*UPDATE*
tl:dr regular service renewal turnaround with filling out online/mailing was exactly 30 days, door-to-door

Renewal passport book, filled out online, printed, mailed USPS Priority from CA to TX, regular service.
01/08 mailed
01/10 delivered to Irving, TX
01/14 check cleared
01/28 status checked online, issued locator, shows "currently being processed"...
02/05 a.m. email processing your application, p.m. email process complete, passport has been printed (lol)
02/06 mailed from AR
02/08 received in CA [date of issue 05/2019]
