Yes, there's a form from CNB you have to fill out. I had called the 800 number and asked about it and one of the associates sent me a Word document that I filed out, signed and sent back in. That was back in November. They said it'd take a couple pay periods to set up. My bill was just due recently and I saw no indications that it was going to be auto payed so I made a manual payment, but called to ask and they told me that it is now set up for auto pay so I'll let that happen next month. The form was titled "VISA Personal Credit Cards Authorization for Automatic Payments".
