Have to second catwood's opinion of the ITC. Nothing special that you would definitely book again but also nothing horrible. Bathroom layout was very strange with a sink in the room and two seperate doors with one leading directly into the shower and the second leading into the toilet area..wierd! Lugging suitcases up the tight stairway was a pain but this is common in Europe. If you book a room in the front of the hotel, you will have canal views but no balcony. Location was good for shopping and not too far away from the scene.
