On the A380 and 777 at the front beside the toilets by the doors there is a curtained area private and for sure more comfortable than a toilet, I often offer this choice.
Don't know for sure on BA A380s, but on Quantas A380, there is a camera looking over that "nook" inside the curtain. How do I know? On Dallas-Sidney flight in F, wife changed there only to have cabin crew advise her there is a camera feed into the cockpit!
