I don't understand why OP is posting multiple times in his own thread with sarcastic comments about a clean functioning property with some old fashioned furnishings.

If this was in tokyo or paris and he had paid 300 euro per night, I would understand...but he's in small town in northern Italy in the middle of the mountains, and I'm sure he didn't pay very much for it.

I see nothing wrong from this hotel apart from it being a bit old...but I'm sure the property doesn't get enough guests per year to justify a full rennovation.
