Can anyone point me in the right direction where on the BA site I can find the rules for the Continents 100K bonus for US Exec Club members? The only thing that I keep getting is the rules for UK members. Are the rules for both clubs the same?

The questions I am seeking answers to are as follows:

1. Is 24 hour stop required for a continent to count?
2. Is it only trans continental arrival that counts?
3. Is Central America in South America or North America for this bonus?
4. Is Northern Africa in Africa or Europe for this bonus?
5. Is Middle East in Europe or Asia for this bonus?
