Luckily I was able to HUCA and get an agent that knew what she was doing the 5th time. I guess it's 5th time is the charm with GUC upgrade calls. Still frustrating the previous 4 calls I got 4 different answers. If anyone from DL reads these websites/message boards I hope they've been paying attention to this one. I'm not holding my breath though.
