I would certainly expect so. Guy Betsy knows ticket rules far, far better than I do. I've just paid attention over the years to what the professionals were saying and I've read the basic IATA course book for travel agents. I know the rules better than the average FF. On the other hand, Guy Betsy is one of the more knowledgable travel agents with whom I've had the pleasure of dealing. Guy Betsy knows the rules better the average TA.
