BA aded the snacks (fruit, cookies and water) about 6 months ago.

The bigger gripe is the lack of ventilation in the T5 First lounge kid's room - it's always stiflingly hot. Note to BA: just because we have kids, it doesn't need to be heated like a maternity ward
