I tried to make sense of the Wiki but I would like to be sure I know what I'm doing:

Arriving gate 52F tomorrow and transferring to an international flight much later in the day. Plan is to hit the QF F lounge first and then the AA FL. Do all of the shuttles from the Eagle's Nest go to both Terminals 4 and 5, or are they designated individually for a particular terminal? If the latter, are the departure schedules about the same?
