On Justfly, there are many choices available but you will need to settle your ticket in USD.
But it is quite strange that all fares for the flight I am looking for disappeared on all OTAs...only Justfly seems to be able to find it.
I would be very cautious if one OTA can find these flights but non other. And unless the ticket is issued the travel class is not confirmed.
MF has sometimes the same availability issue on their own website. When I booked my next itinerary I was able to get the outbound shorthaul on KL code. If I try the same booking again its all MF code regardless of the day.
