While I priase them for allowing my participation, I am not encourage that SPG is a program that deserves my loyalty. I was comped over to Starwood this year based on my Hyatt status.
So basically they gave you their top status, and went out of their way to accommodate you by enrolling you in a promotion for which you hadn't been deemed eligible. And you continue to suggest that it is poor customer service or bad business.

I think the term here is "poor customer". What the hell more do you want from them?
