You cannot walk between T1 & T3. They are completely separate terminals. Emirates fly from T3 (Concourses A, B & C). The other airlines fly from T1 (Concourse D). T1 used to be Concourse C, but that changed a few years ago when Concourse D opened. See the satellite image below. On the left is T1, on the right is T3. There's no bridge as it's an active taxiway between the terminal.
Sorry for asking again, I don't want to be rude. But I'm very confused, because all the Terminal Maps are showing a walkway. Not a real bridge, but like an underground walkway.

Look at the Departure Level and also hat the Arrival Level maps of T3. There is on the left side a walkway to Terminal 1.

This is Terminal 1 - on Departure Level you can see on the right side a walkway to B-Gates (which is Terminal 3).
