That's a good point, Kacee.
Gosh, maybe I had this all wrong the whole time.
So unless the property is specifically in Hyatt's exclusion list(resort vs hotel shenanigans), they MUST grant it regardless of occupancy, etc.

Is this how we are supposed to interpret the T&C?
