I am very certain that at one point, it was supposed to be automatically offered at check-in without asking.
Maybe it was those Diamond days before WOH era.
Clearly remember filling numerous online surveys asking if I was offered welcome amenities and late check-out among other things at check in.
Welcome amenities are already an obsolete Diamond terminology. Ba
