I believe late check out should be either granted or not granted at all due to availability but cannot be sold like this to elite members.

On a side note, I realize that the language on late check out has changed a little. Maybe the change occurred months ago or years ago and I missed it, but I clearly remember it was offered at the check-in by front desk NOT "upon request" on "day of departure". How long has this been in effect???
