I do recommend bringing some food with you b/c you might not want to waste your breakfast/lunch time waiting. You can request them to put a microwave in your room. It can get busy and even when they have table space, they don't have the staff. The restaurants around Beaver Creek have mostly American food. Could be challenging if you crave more variety.
