It sounds like a fairly obvious question as I naturally though they would be but I ask as a friend who has an Indian passports is thinking of going to Costa Rica and they say a machine readable PR card is required and I've searched online and haven't found where it says the latest Canadian PR cards are machine readable so can anyone help with first-hand experience?
