We've often withdrawn 50,000 yen/card at the airport Citibank machine (go thru Customs and go way to the Right past the cellphone rental stands, etc.), but our last few trips have been increasingly unreliable.

I used to get $$ with both my personal and business ATM card - at T/C exchange rates with <$2 charge, but then only one worked, and recently neither has worked at NRT. Anyone had this experience, and were you able to make your card work again? (My accounts're low, but not that low, btw!) Both cards work fine here in the US (so it's not a bad magnetic strip, etc.)

We also used the Post Office ATMs for the first time this time, and I again had some inconsistency if I chose the "other bank" button, but worked when I chose the regular "Postal Savings Withdrawl" button.

Our Japan bank account is kinda lean, so if I can get the NRT ATM to work normally for us that would save some trouble!
