Respectfully, I disagree with GG. Even though the hotel does not own the shuttle, you were using it to get to their property and I'm guessing that it affected your impression of the hotel, subconsciously or otherwise. If I were the general manager of that hotel, I would want to know if the companies I pay are helping my image or hurting it.
Here is an analogous example: In another FT forum there is a post about Tribal Fusion. Clearly Tribal Fusion is not FlyerTalk, but poor page load times affect how we feel about FlyerTalk, right?
In my mind, it is always okay to pass along complaints (or praise!) about "subcontractors."
