I live in California, and it let me complete the survey.

A while ago, I did another survey of theirs that let me earn a cheap frisbee. I did receive it (in California).

It must be another California they're talking about. Or it could be geologic drift has pushed California into another state that they haven't told me about. It's either that, or I've been drinking so much of their beer that now I'm unsure where I even live.
