In your case, in addition to off-site parking options, I would recommend you consider various park-sleep-fly options. A quick search shows 1 night hotel near o'hare including 19 days of parking starting at about $150 and going up to about $300.
I think I've heard about those, and they sound great but we can only leave from home that Sat morning. (U of Toledo graduation the night before - wife is faculty). I probably should have thought about that before buying the tickets but ORD-BUD direct flight is only on Saturdays and Tuesdays.
