I was just browsing through making an award booking for the Christmas period, and noticed that redemptions for AO flights can now be made online as well. Certainly opens up the options for Sabah flights now, and there's a whole lot more to Singapore (plus all the other Australian Airlines destinations). Seeming as I'm sure no self-respecting FlyerTalker would actually pay for a flight that doesn't earn miles, I'm sure some of us will take advantage of spending 'em still (and hey, you still get QP access before the flight ).
