I'd like to thank all the posters for not being rude to me and affirming what I thought was the right decision. I have decided not to consult the hotel as GG was completly correct, the bus is not owned by the Hyatt. Also to dchristiva you are correct, I did not want help with my luggage, but for the guy to get up and stand by the door would have been nice. If we asked for his side as wideman so suggested I'm sure he'd argue he was having a bad day but I don't think I omitted any details.
