After getting to know the area a bit more I’d say this is a great option for travelers who want to be near London city. Bit far if you want to be west of the city imo but will become my go to for city and east

butlers wharf area a mere 2 min walk north of the hotel has awesome places to eat and the closest starbucks

one area this hotel needs to fix immedialty is the signage. Very confusing and not helpful. One example the bathrooms serving the public areas are downstairs but if you follow the signs it takes you to a dead end. Hotel staff even acknowledged signs are totally useless in the hotel but I expect them to sort this problem out. If nothing else served as comic relief
