On one hand, there is enough slack in the winter schedule that UA can store this aircraft and continue with the retrofits, but it would also make sense to run these aircraft on EWR-LHR through the low season and rotate the 764s into domestic markets (premium transcon?) to take advantage of lower operating costs and lower Y TATL demand.

Is this to say that introduction into the fleet is to be delayed? Would think they'd want to get it flying ASAP to keep going on mods...
