I was actually calling sq to select seats and also get my record locator for all 3 airlines as Aeroplan didn't provide those to me when I booked. It was then that they said they couldn't find me on their flight and a name search on those flights they couldn't find my record locator

I gave them the ticket numbers but they never really mentioned what that showed on their end
