I think OP likes the Zodiac 772 seats more than the BE Aerospace ones.

OP - There are 3 subfleets of 777s. 2 of them have the yin-yang forward-back Zodiac seats; one config has 37J and the other 45 seats. The other configuration, has the BE Aerospace super diamond seats. These all face forward.

PE has nothing to do with this. This was a result of Zodiac cocking up the delivery, leaving AA scrambling to find a solution. The PE retrofits are happening independent of the J seats and do not affect J,
