Had the same problem with a flight on AC. 12 miles instead of 1900 miles.
Took 4 weeks and 3 cases via the Feedback Form until they eventually told me that they manually added the miles to my account. They told me I would see them in the "manual corrections" tab. Well, that tab doesn't exist in the app or on the website and there is also no line item on my statement showing the manual addition of miles.
But when comparing my total miles now with total miles 4 weeks ago, I do see that the missing miles have been added. It is just not transparent for me :-)
Anyway, I am glad they added the miles to the account - I would suggest you take a screenshot of your current total miles so that you know if/when they manually add the missing miles. You will not see it on your miles statement :-)
