If they are pulling from UberCash, then yes it pulls from AMEX credit and others based on expiration dates, then to the gift cards. At least that’s how it works for Uber rides so I assume Eats is the same.

Watch if your UberCash balance is less than the total price. Usually it will let me pay the remainder on my credit card, but lately it is asking me to buy more UberCash.
