Too late to consider St. Barts? I have only raised one, but centering this trip on minimizing travel time with a baby seems short sighted to me for a weeklong stay.

I enjoyed Playa del Carmen immensely, but few places I'd think about returning to in the Caribbean aside from St. Barts.
