It's only "brand new" as a Residence Inn.

Residence Inn London Kensington was previously the Go Native Kensington. Before that, it was the Think Earls Court Apartments. I assume it was nicely renovated before switching to the Residence Inn brand.

Residence Inn London Kensington is getting a lot of excellent reviews on TripAdvisor.
