From the initial announcement, I believe that NRT, LHR, and HKG are the international locations to get one, along with IAD. Would be nice if they considered a boutique PL for DEN, given they are adding more international flights out of there (DEN-LHR and upcoming DEN-FRA).
Happened to check earlier today, no estimated dates for these yet.
