This goes back to 3-23-99. Talked with BA gal. Said I could convert miles to Marriott or Hilton pts but only if I had 15,000mile and it was a 1-1 ratio. 6-12-00---called to do this and was told they don't convert to any hotel pts. They would give me 1 weekend nite stay at Marriott incl. bkfast & taxes which was called the BA Flex Weekend Award. Now, what happened? Did I totally missunderstand about the conversion or have they changed their policy?
