No. I’m in NYC this weekend with friends and two of them travelled over in W and received the new service. Although the main meal appears to have been excellent the second meal was a pizza which they described as ‘awful’.
Ill take afternoon tea over a pizza every time.
The pizza sounds like what I described as the "god awful pizza box" that was previously served on the west coast flights as a second meal. Definitely best avoided!
