For the
combination of benefits and rewards which is not offered by any other card. Yes, most of the individual benefits are available by carrying various other cards, but no other card approaches Platinum on total lounge access or status benefits.
However, it doesn't really matter if
anyone would hold Platinum without Centurion lounge access, only if it represents good value for you.
