re: three layer fries at Paradise Pup

You get a paper basket of fries, covered in cheese (cheese sauce, not Merck's, which is about the only way these could be better), bacon pieces, and sour cream. Wonderful.

I don't recall the exact address (and am too lazy to look it up at the moment ), but Paradise Pup is in Des Plaines on River Road a little south of Oakton on the west side of the street. Closed Sunday for sure, don't remember how late they're open. It's run by a couple of brothers who opened it after friends would compliment them on their burgers. Their dogs and burgers are good too.
