I used to book suites and got 2 cat higher suites at many ICs but it looks like gone from now.. what a disaster.. This was that I valued most with RA programs because we don't get an upgrade to standard suites from basic room category like other chains.
Now the minibar almost gone, 2-cat suite upgrade also gone, 2-cat upgrade usually lame, no benefits on reward nights. I'm really not sure to continue with ICs or move to Hyatt at this point
I got renewed and yet I'm off to Hyatt.

I will still stay at ICs when convenient, and with my travel habits I'll probably make another renewal next year, but I am no longer going to be religious about it - and if there's both a Hyatt and an IC in a city, I'll be more likely to go to the Hyatt. Seriously - Park Hyatts have spoiled me. Now that's a true luxury brand!
