Couple quick questions regarding the programme:
- The terms say this programme is only open to US residents (I'm a Canuck presently residing in England) does that mean I don't qualify? In reality have international UA members had any luck getting miles to post?
- How widespread is the program and how do they know you've bought something using the program? Between conferences and professional obligations, I'll be stateside a couple of times this year including at major UA outstations like LAX, SFO, ORD and EWR!
- Does this program extend outside the US (i.e. are there any restaurants in say Canada or the UK which participate)?
