Thanks for the review. I just booked this hotel for a couple of nights next week as I'll be in town for some meetings. Will update this post after I've stayed there.
It's encouraging to hear they upgraded a PP to a suite upon check-in. Of course, we used to be upgraded well before check-in based on availability. I'll inquire when I get there and see what's available.
