Okay I finally used contactless at Target but one location still did not have it enabled while all the others I went to did have it enabled with only the dots being the only indication of it being enabled. GNC also has it enabled and they force pin on debit cards while Target really runs it via the Global AID and credit. Both merchants support EMV contactless though.
