IAD-AMS-CPT trip last month- Upgraded to business for AMS-CPT leg, and chatted for a min with flight attendant- mentioned how hard they seem to be working and that we appreciate it (I always feel awkward when they "set" the tray tables at meals). On the CPT-AMS flight back a few days later- she saw me in coach and we chatted again- the usual small talk. I asked if that was her usual route- she said no, as this route was very popular/highly prized. Toward the end of the flight, while I was in the lav, she left a lovely postcard w/ note and small gift on my seat for me.

As a petite dark-skinned girl flying alone- I don't generally receive any special attention/notice, quite the opposite in fact, so I felt it was SO sweet of her. It was my first KLM flight in years- how should I go about singing her praises to KLM?
