SFO is a special case. I'm guessing you are departing SFO - LAX from terminal 2, which has an AA Admirals Club, but that's the one Club which doesn't allow Alaska entry. So I think you're lounge less in SFO, but T2 is a really nice terminal (one you get past the sometimes long queues in security even for PreCheck) so it perhaps won't matter too much, there are many good places to eat, drink, rest. It even has a yoga room. If a lounge matters, you best rebook on to AA.

You won't be able to get to the international terminal lounges since arriving and departing passengers are separated.
