What I find disturbing is that the most relevant RA benefits are now excluded on Dezember 31st:
32. Guaranteed room upgrades for InterContinental Ambassador members and Royal Ambassador members and Club InterContinental lounge access for Royal Ambassador members are subject to availability, and excluded from the Benefits Guarantee, over the following special event periods:
a. New Year’s Eve, 31 December – Location: Global
This results in no more stays on NYE at ICs. For this year we have already booked Singapore and they have confirmed an upgrade according to the book, however, if hotels follow this clause we will go for other arrangements in future
