Eva Air claps back at union over their claim of inhumane treatment in the porn grilling incident.

In a statement, they said the meeting was not unfounded, followed all rules and regulations set by the government, and was there to protect the company. Additionally, they said that if she actually had PTSD, the news conference and flashbacks would make it worse. Therefore, the union is only making her "supposed PTSD" worse. They are not granting her any kind of workers comp or leave and she is to either take her own personal leave or report to duty as scheduled. Otherwise, HR will take action.

With regards to denying leave, they've never done this and will never do it because it is illegal. The union already has been known to spout off fake news, such as in the butt-wiping issue, so they are not to be taken seriously.
