non-refundable/non-changeable ticket and miles
I am a member of BA's North America plan, who is temporarily residing in the UK.
I had scheduled a trip recently, and unfortunately am not able to use the air ticket. As the ticket is non-refundable and non-changeable, it is presently worthless to me. Is there any way, though, of at least having the miles I would have gained credited, nevertheless, to my EC account?
I fly BA quite a bit, but this particular scenario is the first I have ever been in. And I do feel that BA have already made money on my non-trip, so I should at least be able to have my non-trip miles.
Thank you.
