Few updates:

1. The reservation team member whom over charged me seems no longer working, as the automated reply "Please kindly note this mailbox is not monitored anymore , please kindly redirect all emails to [email protected]"
2. A reservation supervisor took over, and asked me to contact Marriott for reward points, however, it was Marriott Reward just passed my missing points claim to them...
3. Had to file another missing points claim, been asked for Folio, which I do not have the folio with the room charge to begin with. If the hotel have had the room charge in the folio to start with, I wouldn't be here to claim any points.

I am sorry however I just really felt that Marriott guest service does not care anything at all, maybe my complaint was really minor, however it has been a month and I have not received a single apology from the hotel and I am still needing them provide me to help with chasing around 40000 points.
