Inside Voice

This may have been addressed before but I need to vent. First of all, yesterday I was in one of the airport lounges and it never fails, there is always one person that is so loud, oblivious to everyone else. Either they are talking on the phone or directly to one of their companions. Other people are trying to relax or maybe do some work and they are all you can hear.
Next, waiting for my connecting flight someone was watching something on their phone with audio and no headphones, full blast. I gave her a glance, but again she was oblivious.
Lastly, after boarding a guy walked on the plane talking on the phone. He was making million dollar transactions, moving money all over the place. I was very impressed. Funny, he was sitting in coach. How do I know what he was talking about, despite the fact he was sitting about 5 rows behind me? He was speaking so loud most of the plane could hear him. He continued to talk until the flight attendant insisted he hang up for takeoff.
I have 2 questions. I feel that common courtesy is disappearing, am I being too judgmental? Also, does anyone address these people and point out what they are doing and how do you do it?
