I would be very careful about this. If the price difference is material between a B fare and the lowest available fare, it is at best borderline unethical - especially when the B fare in this case appears more restrictive than the cheaper H fares.
Unless this approach has been explicitly cleared by your company's travel policies, I would imagine that this could create issues if any detailed audit was done on your travel expenditures.
